CPMStar, one of the leading online games advertising networks, was acquired by GSN, a Sony company, earlier this month. Rumored transaction price was $23 million dollars in cash and stock. Following the purchase of flash game platform company Mochi Media by Shanda Interactive Entertainment last year, this deal confirms the growing effectiveness of vertical ad
